*ADIKE DANIEL UCHEOMA REPORTING LIVE* 🖊🖊  *COS 101 REP 2020*  _*FROM THE OFFICE OF THE VICE CHANCELLOR*_ The Vice chancellor of the prestigious University of Nigeria has mandated every student of the university to create a simple website. According to him, the greatest tool used  in rating of universities globally is the level of universities in ICT which helps to support, enhance, and optimise the delivery of information within and outside the university environment . Worldwide research has shown that ICT can lead to an improved student learning and better teaching methods. The vice chancellor because of the aforementioned, has signed 16 billon naira for upgrading of Wi-Fi in our various faculties, departments, class rooms and hostels. According into him, the project won't take more than two weeks. He also added that any defaulter to this won't be qualified for the 2019/2020 exams as students are meant to print out their exam admit card after complete creation...

Opening of Portal for Registration of Courses UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA, NSUKKA OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR MEMORANDUM TO:   University Community REF:  UN/RC.261 FROM:  Registrar DATE:   March 9, 2020 SUBJECT:    OPENING OF PORTAL FOR REGISTRATION OF COURSES FOR FIRST SEMESTER 2019/2020 ACADEMIC SESSION The University Management has directed that the portal be reopened to all students for late registration of courses for 2019/2020. However, such students are expected to pay late registration fee as contained in the Students’ Academic Regulations handbook into the University account through the Remita platform. The portal will be reopened from  Tuesday, March 10, 2020  and close on  Tuesday, March 17, 2020 .
